CLASS OPTIONS
BEGINNER’S PASTA CLASS
Worried you don’t have a pasta machine? No problem! Learn to make fresh simple pasta at ease, working with only flour and water (and no expensive fancy tools). Join this hands-on pasta class (more of a party!) filled with fun, food, and games! Inspired by the flavors of southern Italy, you will make your own vegan pasta dough, and, through traditional techniques learn to how to turn simple ingredients into beautiful handmade pasta shapes of cavatelli, gnochetti sardi, and spizzulus. You will take home your pasta to cook up, along with a jar of sauce and instruction/recipe packet. Please note host and/or participants are welcome to bring appetizers and beverages.

INTRO TO EGG DOUGH PASTA CLASS
Don’t worry if you’ve never made pasta from scratch. No experience needed for this class. Just curiosity and the willingness to have fun! In our “Intro to Egg Dough” class you will learn essential tips for getting fresh egg dough right, from the quality of flour to the optimum hydration. Next, you will be at a station set up with a branded pasta machine and tools and learn how to roll out pasta sheets, shape your own farfalle, sorpresine, and fettucine! And throughout the class we will have some games and prizes before you take home your pasta to cook up, along with a jar of sauce and instruction/recipe packet. Please note host and/or participants are welcome to bring appetizers and beverages.

PASTA RIPIENA (STUFFED PASTA) WORKSHOP FOR BEGINNERS
Did you know making your own stuffed pasta requires minimum tools? This pasta workshop will start with making egg dough from scratch. After which you will be at a station set up with a branded pasta machine, and learn how to roll out just the right pasta sheets needed to create light and silky ricotta filled agnolotti and triangoli. You will take home your stuffed pasta to cook up, along with a jar of sauce and instruction/recipe packet. Please note host and/or participants are welcome to bring appetizers and beverages.

RAVIOLI FUN
Did you know all ravioli fall into the category of “pasta ripiena” (stuffed pasta), but not all ripiena are ravioli? Confused? Don’t be. This workshop is all about ravioli, the delicious parcels of perfection that are technically made with two sheets of pasta. We will start by making fresh egg dough, and then continue onto pasta stations set up with branded pasta machines to roll out your pasta sheets. Next we will have an assortment of high quality molds and stamps on hand for you to create your own ricotta filled ravioli. You will take home your pasta to cook up, along with a jar of sauce and instruction/recipe packet. Please note host and/or participants are welcome to bring appetizers and beverages.

PASTA DESIGN CLASS
Let your creativity soar in this advanced class where you will learn all about pasta art, naturally coloring dough, and the techniques used to create stripes, patterns, and designs on pasta that will wow your friends and family. A highly focused class, we will work side by side, sharing dough, and using branded pasta machines and tools as you practice making pasta shapes and pasta ripiena (stuffed pasta). In the end we stand back and admire each other’s edible creations. Please note host and/or participants are welcome to bring appetizers and beverages.

CAMP CAVATELLI – MOMMY AND ME CLASS
A fun and educational class for the little chef in your home. With flour on their noses, and every smile a giggle, this pasta class will create not only delicious pasta to bring home, but lasting memories. Together you will learn how to take simple ingredients to make vegan pasta dough and create traditional pastas from southern Italy. Fun, games, and prizes! Light kid-friendly snacks included, along with an instruction/recipe packet. Please note host and/or participants are welcome to bring additional snacks and beverages.
